3-Cloning & Editing an Existing Drip Flow Campaign
We have built a number of premade real estate drip flow campaigns for you to use for buyers, sellers, tenants, and sphere. Most of the campaigns do not need any editing. However, we know that you will want to do some to help you to 'Engagemore' effectively with content that matches your lead source better than you have ever done in any other CRM you have used in the past.
In this lesson, we walk you through how to take an existing campaign, clone it, and edit it to match your lead source, ad or offer. We will show you how to create a few simple templates to replace within your campaign (if you choose), how to add more templates or remove templates, how to edit your timing and other awesome tricks you can do to create campaigns to keep your clients interested in what you are sending, and most importantly to stay top of mind until they are ready to work with you. We want them to contact you when they are ready! And, they will because you will educate, instill trust and provide them EXACTLY what they signed up to get from you.
IMPORTANT: If you have already started a flow for any contact(s) and you wish to edit that flow after it is running, the only thing you can edit that will take for the contacts already on the flow is the email template. You cannot replace it, but you can edit it. You cannot change timing or remove tasks for anyone already on the flow, as it will not take since the timing has already been set. If you want those people to get the new flow content, you will need to stop the drip flow and start them up again. Be careful, however, as that contact will start all over on that campaign. Be sure that is what you want to do. Otherwise, consider moving those contacts to another flow, such as a Top-of-Mind campaign (or create another flow) instead.
NOTE: Be sure to watch the Drip Flow Overview lesson before you start this lesson. Although this is not hard, it is a bit more advanced. To trigger incoming lead Drip Flow automation, you will also want to watch the lessons on integration using Webhook Triggers.
