JS13 Overview & Set-Up of Custom Fields
EngageMore has a number of prebuilt custom fields for you that you can add, edit or delete all day long. We add custom fields to help us to track some additional and specific information that may be important to your business, specifically. Check out what we have added for you and then learn how you can create new ones. Custom fields are helpful to quickly reference important information about your contacts that you do not want to be buried in your notes. You can also add custom fields to your email and text templates too. This helps you to personalize your templates much more than the standard prebuilt fields provided.
You have 30 Custom fields available make them anything you want. We suggest you edit them how you want them as soon as you can. Be sure to watch the video tutorial forbest practices. Have fun!
Add/edit custom fields at the Settings tab:
