Drip Campaign Set-Up and Management for Teams
As the team leader of a team account, you will have access to all EngageMore CRM Impact level campaigns and templates. None of your team members will have access to edit any of the campaigns or any of the templates that are used within the campaigns. Although your team members will have access to use, create, edit and send any of the email templates provided in the account personally, they will never be able to do any edits to the templates used within any of the campaigns in your account. You, as the team leader, will always have total control of the marketing content.
Your team members WILL, however, be able to able to turn on and turn off campaigns to particular contacts within the accounts that they have access to, based on team levels you have assigned.
In this lesson, we will show you how to edit the settings within campaigns so that the templates are sent to and from the team member (or you) in a manner that works for your marketing goals. This is important to do so that when a contact receives the communication and then responds, the response will be sent and returned to the team member you choose.
Important things to know before you start assigning leads and asking your team members to send campaigns to contacts:
1. All team members must have their Mail Merge Profile Set up correctly - be sure you determine which website you want provided to the consumer (yours or the team members) as that is the information that will pull automatically into the prebuilt footer/signature lines of all templates. 2. If you are providing Voice Touch text options for your team members (recommended), you will need to be sure they have their Voice touch settings set up. Watch this Voice Touch setting.
3. Be sure all team members have their Footer set up. Watch this training.
4. Be sure you have watched the video below to correctly set up the settings of the email templates within campaigns to come and go the way that works best for your marketing goals. As an add-on to the video be sure that you set up email templates to send from the person you want to receive the email responses, such as the Owner of the lead (the person the lead is assigned to). Each email template of that campaign needs to be set correctly. You only need to do that one time and it will be set. You do not need to worry about the texts, they will send from the assigned team member's text number automatically.
Step 1: NEW UPDATE TO VIDEO BELOW: You can now assign the leads to a team member right here within the drip flow automatically. Go to your campaign. Scroll down to bottom and add a step. Choose Assign to Team Database. From the drop-down choose the team member. You will not see your Team Players on this list because Team Players share all of your leads so be sure you have your team members set up correctly. Once you choose, drag that step up to the top of your campaign and drop it somewhere before the first communication is sent. This would be a great thing to do if you are generating automated online leads from any source.
STEP 2: Per the training video, set who the email is going to be sent from. You will need to do this for all email templates within the campaign. Once it's set up, you may wish to clone the campaign for future campaigns to save yourself time if you set up new campaigns for other lead sources. It's not necessary to set the text, as it will come and go from the team member's text number.
5. It's highly recommended that your team members review ALL THE TRAINING videos in Jump-Start, especially 1 through 15, with all the lessons for setting up the account.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IN APRIL, 2022, a New Navigation tool was added to EngageMore CRM. Training tutorials for Teams has not yet updated. However, it's okay, don't worry! The only thing you need to know is how to navigate to the team management tools as it is different from the tutorials. Once you get to the team management tool area, everything else in our training is the same.
To get to the Team Management tools, hover over the profile photo in the upper right side of the screen and click on MY TEAM.
Then click Manage Team Settings to add or manage a team member, or sign is as your team member from this screen.
