Using Intelligent Links to Market Your Business

Intelligent Links help you to identify the hot business by tracking who is clicking on links and buttons within your emails.  But you can also manage what Drip Flows your link clickers will be sent based on which link or button they pressed in your email.  This is useful when you are providing an offer for something, such as a Guide, a list of homes or an explanation about Short Sales within your email, for example.  When the prospect clicks on the link to request the offer within your email, you can send them down a different Drip Flow path to fine-tune what your prospect is receiving based on that click request. This drip flow can also track when they click and create a list for you of everyone who has clicked on that specific link within your email template.

WATCH HERE  Then, you can really soup up your prospecting and follow-up by automating Drip Flows that give your prospects exactly what they are asking about. 

Here are the steps to set up an dynamic Intelligent Link:

1.  Determine which email you wish to track clicks.  Create that template if necessary and be sure you have at least one specific URL link added to your email template.

2.  Add a Click Notice Flag specific to that click.  Example:  Clicked Scottsdale Homes List

3.  Create your Click Notice Flow - at minimum, add that Flag.  If you wish to add more tasks to this campaign, feel free!  

4.  Go to your email template.  Assign that Intelligent link Click Flow to your Email Template (watch video tutorial to show you how). 

5.  Go to advanced search within contacts.  Create a search for that Click Notice Flag and save it. Be sure to click box to save search to your dashboard widget.

6.  Customize your Dashboard to add a contact counter widget to track those clicks right there on your dashboard within a quick search widget.  Here is more info on Contact Counter Widgets  WATCH HERE
