Overview of Google Integration for Emailing

Within EngageMore, you have an option to do what we call a Google Integration. What this will do is allow you to integrate your Google email account where you have a click within any contact that will redirect you over to your Google email account. When you get there, you will be able to see all of the communication between you and your prospect that has taken place via EngageMore emailing or flows.  This may be handy to track all of the communication you have had in your Google inbox and send box. It will even load the previous emailing communication you have had with this prospect, even before you started here in EngageMore. This will only work if you are using a Google email address to send from in the system, or better yet a GSuite business account email. Watch the lesson below to see how you could use this to your benefit.  It's an option and not required, but it's kinda cool so you will want to watch this lesson.

What Google Integration will not do here:
1)  Sync your Google Calendar - Sorry, not available at this time, but not the end of the world.
2)  Sync your Google contacts.  I explain the cons of this during the video, so for that reason, we don't offer it.
