First, it's important that you know that on April 8, 2022, we rolled out a brand new CRM navigation. That said, most of the tutorials in this Jump-Start training have already been updated to reflect the new look of the CRM and the new way to navigate from page to page. We will be working to update all the other lessons as fast as we can, so if you get lost on where to go when you get to later lessons, just refer back to the Navigation training and we will show you how to get to the page you want. It's really easy!!!
- New Navigation simply provides you a different way to get to the pages in the software. Once you get to the page you are working in, the tutorials provided will work fine to show how to do the task you are learning because all the pages look and act exactly the same. The only thing different is how you get the page.
- The new navigation training is available right here in Jump-Start in Lesson 3 coming up. Keep the link handy in case you need it.
To get to the Training Room, you can access it in three different ways below. If you don't have the Quick Start tutorial widget or the Action Center widget, Less 3 will show you how to add it.
Start your training with the Quick Jump-Start Set-up and do not miss a step or you may run the risk of missing an important set up that will prevent you from emailing and texting correctly.
