That is why we start your process with a small group of similar prospects (the old stale leads or sphere). In this easy-to-follow course, you will be exporting lists of contacts in a very organized and methodical fashion from your past CRM or lead sources (or creating your database from contacts you have somewhere - we show you how). We do this so you can be ready to bring a shiny clean database into EngageMore CRM. This alone will help you get started on the right foot. The experience in EngageMore CRM training is much different than any you have had in other CRMs because it is taught by an agent who has walked in your shoes and trained thousands of agents to clean up their databases so they can close more sales. While you are learning, we know that if you attempt to bring in thousands of random prospects all at once, you will be overwhelmed and very likely shut down and not do it. The clean-up of your existing database is usually the worst part of the process for most, but we take this opportunity to show you the fastest and most efficient way possible to make it less challenging so you will stick with it and see results fast.
- Get Action to Stay in the Game. The plan is for you to start reviving and getting responses from your existing prospects ASAP. When you start getting responses and engagement, we know it will keep you going so you don't give up. If you follow the instructions in this training and don't skip a step, you will be energized to stay in the game because you will start seeing results fast. Our users have started working with revived prospects within minutes of implementing the re-engagement campaign provided in the Jump-Start training. You can do it too!
- Be Ready to Mine your Database. After you import your first group of leads and get yourself set up within EngageMore CRM from that first group of prospects (who will start responding to you), we will show you how to manage, track the action and mine your database so you don't lose track of your hottest prospects. From there you can feel comfortable to 'rinse-and-repeat' and import more of your prospects. Don't overdo it! Trust that we have a method that has proven successful for many. After you have everyone in, you can then move on to more advanced training that will help you to lead generate, create your own personalized templates and campaigns, landing pages, managing and tracking all your hottest potential business, and so much more!
Frequently asked question:
We often get asked how long it takes to get through the Jump-Start training and the answer is...."that depends on the condition of your existing database." If you cannot quickly identify a small list of buyers who have not yet closed from your current database, it could take some time to do some clean-up first. Remember, just start with a small group of under 50-100 old-stale buyers if you have them. If not, start with your sellers who have not closed or a small group of sphere contacts. If you can get your contact list ready fast for upload, your Jump-Start course should take less than an afternoon to get started engaging and see results. Even if you don't have any contacts to import, that is okay! You are in the right place to get started on the right foot!
