JS9 Setting Up the Agenda Assistant

If you would like to get notifications via email from the system weekly or daily about important tasks that are due that day, take a moment to set up your Agenda Assistant.  It's quick and easy and you can add up three email addresses who can be notified of the action going on in your account.  

To set up your Agenda Assistant, go to your Automations tab and click Agenda Assistant.  

Be sure to click the box to Enable the Agenda Assistant.  We also recommend that you notify yourself daily of activity occurring in your account.  You may also want to create and add pre-saved favorite searches to your assistance so you can send yourself daily activity of hot things going on in your account. You decide what you want to track!   Watch the training in the link at the bottom of this page to learn how to run and save advanced searches you can add to your Agenda Assistant.   Currently, your email is pulling in automatically with the code we have added.  You can also send the daily emails to anyone else on your team you choose.
