Google Sheets to EngageMore CRM Integration

There may be times that you have a lead source (like from your website or an oddball lead service) where you may have to download an Excel  spreadsheet of leads in order to extract the lead information out so you can upload into EngageMore CRM.  This may occur because there is no Zapier integration and you don't get email notifications of new leads either.  In this case, you may be needing to do this daily, or we weekly or monthly basis.  Don't add them manually one-by-one, and don't take the time to import them every time either!

In this training, we show you how you could automatically add that table of leads to a Google Spreadsheet and then that spreadsheet can automatically add your your new spreadsheet rows to EngageMore CRM within minutes of adding your new lead rows to your Google spreadsheet.  Note that you will still be required to take time to do the export your spreadsheet from your lead source, but you skip the hassle of importing.  Instead a simply copy and paste of your new row of leads will trigger a Zap that will send all the information you want into EngageMore CRM.   A one-time Zapier set up does this trick and it's so fun and cool.

PHONE IMPORTING UPDATE: This training will also show you how to opt-in your lead for texting in the same integration. You must have your Voice Touch number set up to text!  NOTE:  the lesson states you should import leads into Phone box 3, but you can now import into any phone box you want.  If you add the number to phone box 1, your notifications of new leads coming from EngageMore CRM will provide you the phone number of your contact.
