Need more Emails and Texts? Upgrade your Plan!

If you believe you need more email and text credits... that is amazing! You must be really rocking it!  

To check how many email and text credits you have left monthly, you have two places within the system to see these numbers.

The first place is via the Email and Text Widgets on your home screen dashboard. If you don't see these widgets, you can add them by Customizing your Dashboard.  Scroll down to bottom of the home screen and click "Customize this Screen."  Add the Email and Text tracking widgets to your home screen and drag them somewhere you can see easily when you log in.  Watch how to that here: https://engagemorecrm.helpscoutdocs.com/article/115-customizing-your-dashboard

The second way is through your reports tab:
