How to Identify those that have Opened & Clicked your Emails

Engagemore CRM gives you the fastest ways to determine the most interested contacts in your database.  In this lesson, we show you how to quickly find those that are engaging with your content by opens and clicks of your emails.  

The best way to determine if someone opens an email is to start from your dashboard. You have the counter widgets there built for you already. When you click on the number within the widgets, you can view all that have opened and clicked within each widget. You can also create your own Counter Widgets to track ANY activity for any time frame you want within the system. Once inside the contact, you can click the Arrow next to each of the emails to see what activity the user had with your email.  Scroll down to the bottom of your contact, and all the emails you have sent will show up.  Click on the arrows of the emails and you will see if your contact opened or clicked.   

Another way is to run searches for everyone who every opened or clicked in your ADVANCED searches for those that have opened or clicked.  A complete list will populate when you run a search for any time frame you want. 

Lastly, you can also run a Report for your email blasts. Complete lists will populate when you click the arrow of the results of your blast.  To be sure your blasted email shows up in your contact's history, you must be sure you that click the Box to put a note in your contact history before you click to send the blast out.

Dashboard counter widgets.  Click the numbers.



Once Inside a contact - scroll down to view activity.  Click the arrow to view if they opened or clicked that email. 


Go to your contacts list and then click Advanced search.  Run a search for Last Click or Open Date.  Choose the time frame you want to search.  The list will populate all those engaging with your emails.  



Track your email blast activity.  Go to reporting tab at top of your screen, click Email Blasts, then the arrow next to email results on right of screen.  View the action and all results of your blast.  Click the binoculars to see the list of contacts. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO KNOW WHEN SENDING BLASTS!  Be sure to click the Box at bottom of your email template to add a note to your contact area about the blast send so a record of your blast will be added to that contact.
