Adding Documents & Attachments to Emails within EngageMore CRM

Occasionally, you may want to add documents to emails, texts or landing pages.  The first option is to create a URL for the document so you can add it to a button or hyperlink so you can track the clicks.  We recommend this option. In this lesson, we will show you how to add a document within your account that will provide you a URL to add to a button or a hyperlink.  Do this only if you do not have a website that you can upload the document and create a URL from there because driving people to your website is good for your organic Google Juice whenever possiblel. However, if you have no other option, here is a great alternative for you.  This lesson will also show you how to just attach a document to an email template too.  

TIP:  To add a document URL to a text, we recommend you use a link shortener such as bit.ly or Rebrandly.
