Creating & Sending Text Templates
Within the drip flows you can create and add text templates to your drip flows. This lesson will show you how to create text templates, add merge fields, and add them to your flows. When you get a response to your text, we will also show you where in the system you can view, respond and manage that activity. At the bottom of this lesson is a complete list of merge field tag codes that you can add to your text templates. The complete list is not currently provided at the drop-down when you are creating your template, but you can use of them none-the-less.
NOTE: If you wish to send a personalized text to your contact, please watch the lessons on sending personalized texts to a contact.
IMPORTANT: Before you can start texting you must set up the Voice Touch options within your account. Daily texting limits apply pursuant to your account. Bulk texting is currently not available. Be sure you understand the rules of texting within EngageMore. All of your prospects MUST be opted in to receive texts! Randomly texting lists of numbers that you purchased is prohibited. Stay tuned for updates to the newer texting feature. Thank you.
