Did you Forget to Opt-In Your Phone Numbers at Upload in Client Touch?
After the bulk import, you will be instructed to opt-in both the email and phone numbers of all your contacts that you have permission to communicate with via the EngageMore CRM drip flow system. In this lesson, we will show you how to correct and send a text(s) that you may have not sent because you FORGOT to opt-in the text numbers before you turned on the Re-Engagement campaign. This has happened a few times out of excitement to get campaigns running. Take your time. Be sure to opt everyone in!
To avoid having to learn this lesson.... just be sure you have opted in everyone in your bulk import to receive both EMAILS and TEXTS within Client Touch BEFORE you turn on the autoresponder Re-Engagement campaign. You will want to be sure you do the steps in the video training above every time you import a database from any source that has given you permission to write and text them.
