EngageMore has provided a number of premade -unbranded video holiday templates and campaigns to send to anyone in your database (available based on your subscription)  In this lesson, we give you an overview of how these emails are created using the prebuilt email and video holiday landing page templates we have built for you.  We show you how you can send them individually in video one below and in the second video, how to get them ready to send to one contact or many in prebuilt campaigns.

In the second video, we show you how you can now set them up to run in our Holiday Campaign Drip flow.  You will need to do a bit of editing to the timing after every holiday passes for all NEW prospects you turn it on for, so be sure to watch this informative video below too!  If you want to set up your flow to be sent in bulk to a large group of contacts at once, you will need to create an Autoresponder with the upcoming Holiday template going first.  Learn about Autoresponders Now here

IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR ANYONE WHO SUBSCRIBED TO ENGAGEMORE CRM PRIOR TO MARCH 2020:  The Holiday image within the email template is hyperlinked to a prebuilt video landing page.  If you joined EngageMore CRM prior to March 2020, please note....we originally added in a link shortener from bit.ly so that we could share the landing page video link with you when you first signed up. The link is no longer active. The easy fix for this is simply to go to your Drip Campaign Flows. delete the original holiday campaign you have and then go to your Samples button within the drip flows and download the new Holiday Campaigns to your library.  Be sure you watch the training on how to set up your campaigns BEFORE you start sending. 

IMPORTANT CAMPAIGN AND TRAINING UPDATE:   In December, 2021,  we revised the 5 year holiday campaign. If you are currently running that campaign, please be sure you watch the new training below.  It is very important! 

 Also note that the campaigns do not include templates for Easter, Hanukkah, Mother's Day or Father's day.   We do, however, include several years of templates for these holidays that you can add to your holiday campaigns if you wish, or manually send or blast out to those you choose within Client Touch for anyone you wish.
