How to Create a Video Thumbnail Inside of EngageMore CRM

There are times you may not want to email a direct link to your YouTube or Vimeo page but, instead, send a link to a landing page that will house your video. In this lesson, we will show you how to create a video thumbnail image to add to your email template.  From that image, you will hyperlink the URL to your Video Landing page where your video will run right there inside that landing page, not at your YouTube channel.  Be sure to watch the other Video emailing and landing page lesson videos for further advanced instruction on emailing your landing pages to your recipients.

Here are the steps we provide you in the video below:

1) Screenshot your video image as instructed in the video below to get a thumbnail.  

2) Go to your email template. Click on the content Tab. Drag in add an image container.  Click on the container and upload your thumbnail image to your image library.  Add the image to your email template.

3) Click on the image and then click on the Apply Effects and More button. (see screenshot below)

4) On the next screen click on Shapes, and choose the triangle.  Turn and resize to the size you want. 

5)  Click on the Plus sign and then Settings mechanism on the left side of the screen (see screenshot below).  Then choose Red to change the color of the triangle arrow you added. 

6) Click apply and then save. Done! Good job!
