*3 Adding and Editing Images to Landing Pages and Emails
Within the landing page and email editor, you have the ability to add images to a library. Within the library, you can also create folders to help you organize your images. You can upload your own images, or use our vast library of images we provide you here inside of EngageMore CRM.
In this lesson, we will go over how to add and edit your images to your landing pages and emails. We will also show you how to create folders to organize your image library.
We are providing you two videos: One to show you how to start from a blank template and two, how to add/edit an image in an existing template. We also show you in video 2 below how to create an image within Canva.
Video 1: Adding an image into a blank email or landing page
Video 2: How to add an image to an existing template:
To add an image, go to your landing page or email editor. Start a new document or edit an existing document Add a row. Add an image by clicking the Content block tab. Then click and drag an image container to one of our rows.
Click Browse within the Image block.
Choose an option to either upload, import or use the Image Library to add an image your your library. Then click Insert to add the image to your document.
Edit your image however you wish, following the red numbers and watch the tutorial for explanations on what you can do:
1. Change the size of the image. Click Auto Width and drag the line to increase or decrease size of image
2. You can change the alignment of the image to either left, right or center of the column of the row.
3. This is the URL of the image that has been saved in your library.
4. You can add altnernative text to your image - helpful for search engine optimization.
5. If someone clicks the image, you can add a hyperlink to of URL to a third-party website. Don't mix this up with the URL of the actual image..
6. You can add padding to any side of the image within the column block. Clicking the All Sides area, it will increase or decrease all padding on all sides of the image at once. Click more options and you can change individual padding of each side separately.
