How to Set Up and Use Agent Recruiting Campaign

Here at EngageMore CRM we know that you may be working to grow a team or brokerage.  For this reason, are proud to provide you our new Agent Recruiting Campaign. It's new as of June 1, 2022.  If you are an Impact Level user (or higher), you can add the campaign to your library if you joined EngageMore CRM prior to June 1, 2002.  If you joined after that date, the campaign is already in your Impact level library.

To access the campaign just to go your Drip Flows.  Click Samples in the upper right corner and scroll down alphabetically to 7 - Recruiting Campaign (it's toward the bottom of the list). Click on it to add the campaign and it's templates to your account.  

Before you use the campaign, it's important that you add in some Mail Merge Fields to your Mail Merge Profile so that your campaign can automatically load in information about your team or brokerage and your offers. Here is the list of fields you need to add to your account Mail Merge Profile Fields.  Copy/Paste these fields into Mail Merge profile, see example below this list: 

BusinessArea – Add the name of city, area, state or zip code where you work most (example Scottsdale, Tri-Cities, Emerald Coast, 85255, NE Valley)

Broker/TL – Are you a Broker or Team Leader.  Add your title - either Broker or Team Leader

Brokerage/Team – Is your company a Brokerage or Team?  Add the correct company title – Brokerage or Team

TeamName – Official name of your brokerage or team. If a team, be sure you mention your brokerage (ie: Excellence Team at ABC Brokerage)

Offer1 - #1 offer or benefit you offer agents (example... "Buyer and Seller Leads)

Offer2 - #2 offer or benefit you offer agents (example "a Lead Conversion Course")

Offer3 - #3 offer or benefit you offer agents (example "the Lowest Commission Splits in the SE Valley"

Once you have your fields added, all your templates should automatically load in your information.  We do suggest, that you send each template to yourself to be sure the wording you added sounds right when the fields load up, especially when it comes to the Offers. You can also go into your templates one-by-one and just type in the information if you choose, but using the merge fields will be helpful if you ever want to quickly change up your offers or you end up changing companies, team names or going from a team leader to a Brokerage owner.
