How to Opt-In Someone Back in who Unsubscribed

There may be times when one of your subscriber contacts have unsubscribed from one of your emails or texts but now you have spoken to them and they want to receive information from you again via email or text.  You cannot unilaterally reverse an unsubscribe if the contact did this on their end via clicking the unsubscribe link in an email or typed STOP in a text.  In order to opt them back in to receive emails and/or texts, you need to get their permission.  We have a landing page to do this that you can try to email (via your personal direct email account) or text them.  The landing page is newer, so if you don't see it in your EngageMore CRM landing page folder, go to your "Create a Landing Page" button on the upper right side when you are landing pages, and scroll down alphabetically to locate the "Email and Text Opt-In."  Click and add the page to your library.  Be sure to edit with your logo before you share it.  When they fill out the form, it will opt them back in to receive communication from you. 

P.S. If you personally manually opted the contact out, you can opt them back into receiving emails by clicking on their email within the contact card, and then simply opt them back in.
