a11-Creating Smaller Groups of Contacts for Bulk Sends

As you have heard in the training, here inside of EngageMore CRM, we do not want you to send thousands of leads blasts or drip campaigns at one time. There is never a good reason to do.   Email and text providers frown upon massive sends and will likely cause you and the entire EngageMore CRM subscriber base to have issues if you send thousands of emails and campaigns at one time.  It's impossible to respond in a timely manner to many people who may write you back from an email or text you send. More importantly, you could also cause yourself serious legal problems resulting in huge fines as a result of spamming people (yes, sending thousands of emails or texts at once is considered spamming by the email and text providers, even if you have permission from the subscriber to do so).

For this reason, we suggest you plan ahead and time out your large database sends by creating smaller groups of contacts to send out your campaigns and email blasts.  In this lesson, we show you an easy way to set up some saved searches to help you group out your contacts.
