a14-How to Stop Drip Flows in Bulk Using Client Touch

There may be times when you need to stop drip flows to one contact or a group of contacts.  In this lesson, we show you how to stop drip flows that are currently running.  

For one contact, just go into the contact, scroll down to Drip Flows, click and throw the campaign in the trash can.  

To stop drip flows for more than one person or a group of contacts - use Client touch and assign the Stop Flows Autoresponder that is prebuilt in EngageMore. 

IMPORTANT:  If you use the Client Touch to Autoresponder for a group, ALL DRIP CAMPAIGNS assigned to that entire group will stop!  Be sure you have watched the training below to see how this works!
