Overview of EngageMore CRM Teams

If you are interested in creating a team within the EngageMore CRM system, Congratulations!!!  We are excited to offer you a team option.  This article will go through an explanation of the EngageMore CRM team version.  Here are some of the highlights and important information to know about EngageMore CRM teams. Please read and review the video below BEFORE you sign up for a team subscription.  We want to be sure our team packages fit your team goals. PLEASE NOTE THAT IN APRIL, 2022, a New Navigation tool was added to EngageMore CRM.  Training tutorials for Teams has not yet updated. However, it's okay, don't worry!  The only thing you need to know is how to navigate to the team management tools as it is different from the tutorials.  Once you get to the team management tool area, everything else in our training is the same. 

To get to the Team Management tools, hover over the profile photo in the upper right side of the screen and click on MY TEAM.  

Then click Manage Team Settings to add or manage a team member, or sign is as your team member from this screen.

  • You can add as many team members as you want on your team. Please be sure to sign up for the correct team version subscription. 
  • There are four different permission-based levels that you have available to assign for members of your team.  Below is a quick outline. We will go into detail of each level in our video overview below.
  • A POWER USER can also have their own team under them. Each team member of a POWER USER comes in at the Team Player Level and will be able to view any lead that is owned or assigned by the TEAM LEADER to and/or the POWER USER. 
  • As a TEAM LEADER, you can manually assign contacts to any level user in your system. As TEAM LEADER, you can also view ALL CONTACTS of any user in the system, even if the contacts were added by the team users themselves.  At this time, EngageMore CRM does not have auto lead routing available (such as auto round-robin when a new lead arrives from an online lead, for example).
  • TEAM LEADERS and ADMINISTRATORS have the same access to all settings. This is good option for 2-person licensed teams working all the same leads or a team leader and a non-agent assistant. 
  • A TEAM LEADER will have Impact Level content - which includes all the available Email, Text, Drip Flow Campaign and Landing page content. Only the email templates, direct mail templates and Drip Flows are passed down to your team members to turn on and use, however, your team members will have no ability to edit or delete any Drip Flow campaign templates available to you as the team leader. 
  • A TEAM LEADER can create and share any email or drip flow templates with your team, if you choose.
  • Depending on your Team subscription and permissions you set for a team member, each team member can have their own Voice Touch text number. Texting numbers and the number of texts available for your team will be based on the team subscription level you purchase.
  • TEAM LEADERS can add various permission and access tasks to individual team members. Team members will not have access to any Global or Team Settings at any time.  Watch video below to see more about Team Settings and Permissions.  Here is a brief outline team settings and Permissions available:
  • TEAM PERMISSIONS - Team Leaders and Admins will have the ability to toggle on or off these different permissions of an individual team member.  All team members do not share the same permissions - they are set per user in your system.  You choose what permissions you want each team member to have and this can be changed at any time.
  • Billing for Teams is paid for solely by the TEAM LEADER.  No team member will be billed directly by EngageMore CRM. As a team leader, you can certainly pass the cost off to your team members personally if you choose to do so. PLEASE LEARN MORE ABOUT THE TEAM VERSION IN THE OVERVIEW VIDEO BELOW BEFORE YOU SUBSCRIBE SO YOU ARE SURE OF THE SUBSCRIPTION LEVEL THAT WORKS BEST FOR YOUR TEAM. MOVING TEAM MEMBERS FROM ONE LEVEL TO ANOTHER IS NOT EASY TO DO (but can be done), so it is important you add your team member accurately at the start.
