Cancellation and Refund Requests

We understand that you may need to cancel your EngageMore CRM Account for various reasons. Although we hate to see you go, you can cancel your subscription at any time.  Please send cancellation requests in writing to Accounts@EngageMoreCRM.com with the reason for your cancellation and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours or first business day. If you wish to cancel before you are charged again, please be sure you send in your request within sufficient time before your next billing cycle.
