IHomeFinder IDX to EngageMore CRM Integration

If you have IHomeFinder IDX plugin for your real estate website, you can easily integrate all your incoming leads to EngageMore CRM and start up a drip flow.   This lesson will show you the easy steps to do this in Zapier.  Be sure you take the first step and create the drip flow(s) you need for the types of leads you may be receiving from your IHomeFinder account.  

IMPORTANT:  In our video training below, we should you how to connect your incoming leads to a buyer campaign.  During our integration tests with Zapier, IHomeFinder did not send in our test leads. For this reason, we were unable to configure separate automatic campaign integrations for buyers and/or sellers.  Beware that if you integrate with IHomeFinder, that unless you can have one of each lead come into your Zapier, it will be impossible to create two separate Zaps for the buyer or seller campaigns to start automatically.  We recommend you start with a buyer campaign with generic content going out for the first few days in your campaign and then determine if the lead is a seller so you can move it to a seller campaign manually if necessary. 

PHONE IMPORTING UPDATE: This training will also show you how to opt-in your lead for texting in the same integration. You must have your Voice Touch number set up to text!  NOTE:  the lesson states you should import leads into Phone box 3, but you can now import into any phone box you want.  If you add the number to phone box 1, your notifications of new leads coming from EngageMore CRM will provide you the phone number of your contact.
