Setting up Birthday Assistant and Event Reminders

To add a personal touch to your communications with your prospects, we recommend you track and send birthday and/or special events well wishes whenever you can.  In this lesson, we will show you how to set up the Birthday Assistant and the Event Reminder to track the date and send prescheduled templates or reminders to send direct mail or pick up the phone to make a call.
