JS23 Accessing and Using the Mobile Version of EngageMore CRM
You can access a mobile version of EngageMore CRM from within account easily by going to your phone and searching in Google (or whatever browser you like). Go to the following page: https://secure.engagemorecrm.com/ Then, log in. Scroll to bottom of the home screen page and click on Mobile Version.
From this screen you can create a home screen icon as follows:
On the Iphone click at the red button and choose the option to add to home screen:
On an Android click at the arrow and choose the option to add to home screen:
When mobile and within a contact, click the little arrow at upper left corner and options to manage your contact will be there.
Also, at the upper right side, click the lines for more options from there! You can always go back to the regular desktop version to do anything as well while you are mobile. Options, options, options that should not prevent you from getting full access to your business at any time! 💲💲
You can dial and email directly from the mobile version. Just click on contact, locate your contact and click the phone or email.
